The Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications supports the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen the organisation’s brand and promote its products, services and initiatives to various target audience groups, including members, partners and the wider community. He/She will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing campaigns, digital engagement, brand communications and content development across multiple platforms. He/She will also manage key projects, analyse marketing performance and support initiatives that enhance stakeholder engagement and brand visibility.

• Develop and update content across digital platforms such as social media, websites, EDMs and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, services and initiatives.
• Manage and optimise marketing channels to enhance engagement, reach and objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and report marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support data‑driven improvements.
• Support corporate branding and communications activities such as internal announcements and external communications.
• Work across teams and external stakeholders to support marketing needs, initiatives and organisational events.
• Assist with general marketing operations, including administrative support, documentation and procurement processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience / Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging and compelling content.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative tools and marketing platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify Email, Google Analytics, WordPress, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance metrics.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
