Frontend Developer (React / Geospatial), Singapore

Working Location: Novena (Hybrid work arrangement available)

Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus

Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)

• Develop and maintain frontend features for web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js and Leaflet.js.
• Create user interfaces that are responsive and work well across different browsers.
• Connect frontend applications with RESTful APIs, AWS services, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with development teams using Agile methods.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in an AWS environment.
• Follow security best practices and ensure applications meet required standards.
• Ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Geospatial Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, WebGL, Node.js, and React.js.
• Experience with RESTful API integration and cross-browser development.
• Familiar with geospatial tools such as Leaflet, Mapbox JS, or Cesium is an advantage.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS or MongoDB.
• Exposure to AWS services, cloud platforms, and container tools such as Docker.
• Familiar with modern development tools and workflows.
