Job Responsibilities

  • Utilizeexceptionalproblem‑solvingskillsandindependenttroubleshootingtechniquestoresolveuserissuesefficiently,minimizingunnecessaryescalation.
  • MonitorandensureoptimalperformanceofallITsystems,upholdingagreed-uponservicelevelsandqualitystandards.
  • ManagepatchinghardwareandsoftwaredeploymentsuchasMicrosoftIntune,ensuringcomplianceandsecurityofendpoints.
  • Activelyparticipateinsafeguardingnetworkandcomputersystemsbyadheringtosecurityprotocolsandbestpractices.
  • OfferonboardingandguidancetousersonnewsoftwareandITequipment,promotingseamlesstechnologyadoptionwithintheorganization.
  • BepreparedtoundertakeadditionalIT-relatedtasksasassigned,demonstratingaproactiveandadaptableapproach.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum2yearsofrelevantworkingexperienceinIT/TechSupportorrelatedroles
  • Requirehands‑onexperiencewithWindowsandmacOSoperatingsystems
  • Experiencewithticketingsystemsandincidentmanagement
  • ExperiencewithMobileDeviceManagement(MDM)solutions,particularlyMicrosoftIntunewillbeadvantageous
  • UnderstandingandpracticalexperiencewithISO27001willbeadvantageous
  • FamiliaritywithcloudcomputingplatformssuchasAWS,GoogleCloudPlatform,orMicrosoftAzureisanadvantage
  • ITILcertificationorequivalentITservicemanagementknowledgewillbeadvantageous
  • Exceptionaldocumentationskillsandattentiontodetail
