Where

Lead a team of design engineers in developing semiconductor equipment, from concept to full machine design

Drive continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives to extend product life cycle, improve competitiveness, and increase margins

Conduct reliability, feasibility, and verification testing to ensure product performance

Provide technical support to Sales, including specification review, costing, and product evaluation

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported from the field

Take ownership of product performance at customer sites

Review and respond to Sales and Service enquiries

Oversee design work, including mechanical drawings and documentation

Investigate and resolve design-related issues

Support additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

5–8 years of experience in automation or semiconductor equipment design

Strong technical expertise in developing high-precision, high-speed semiconductor equipment

Proficient in technical drawing using Creo or SolidWorks

Knowledge of semiconductor packaging and assembly processes

Proven experience as a technical leader with solid project management skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members
