Job Title: Vice President, Digital Platform Governance Lead, Consumer Banking Group

Job Responsibilities:
As the Vice President, Digital Platform Governance Lead within the Consumer Banking Group, you will be an integral part of the Digital Banking team, which is at the forefront of the company's innovation strategy. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Strategic Governance Leadership: You will strategize, design, and lead the development and enhancement of a comprehensive digital governance framework for all digital platforms. This involves improving controls and optimizing governance processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

- Compliance and Assurance: You will champion adherence to digital standards by conducting rigorous checks, reviews, and audits to ensure governance processes are consistently implemented across all digital initiatives.

- Policy Implementation & Risk Mitigation: Your role includes overseeing the implementation and maintenance of digital governance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate digital risks and ensure the integrity and resilience of digital platforms.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, risk, and legal, to identify and address governance gaps, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the company's digital governance posture.

- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: You will establish a monitoring framework to assess the effectiveness of digital governance practices and provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Subject Matter Expertise & Thought Leadership: As a subject matter expert, you will advise senior stakeholders on best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes, positioning the company at the forefront of digital excellence.

Education and Experience Information:
- Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital governance, enterprise risk management, or compliance roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects is highly desirable.

- Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of digital platforms, advanced data management principles, information security frameworks, and privacy regulations (such as PDPA, GDPR) is required.

- Governance Framework Expertise: Candidates should have a proven track record in developing, implementing, and maturing robust governance frameworks and controls within complex organizational structures.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate complex digital risks strategically.

- Communication & Influence: Superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

- Regulatory & Industry Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with regulatory landscapes, industry standards, and best practices in digital governance, risk management, and compliance is required.

- Leadership & Autonomy: The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently, show strong initiative, and effectively lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Law is required.
