Description
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage material supply for projects
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor inventory and warehouse stock
- Arrange transportation and delivery schedules
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Control procurement costs and reduce wastage
- Track incoming and outgoing goods
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports
- Manage warehouse and logistics staff
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements
- Handle import/export or customs matters if required
- Work closely with project managers and site teams
- Diploma or Degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years relevant experience in: Supply chain Logistics Warehouse management Construction materials management
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Inventory management knowledge
- Negotiation and vendor management
- Knowledge of ERP systems / SAP / inventory software
- Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in construction industry
- Knowledge of local transport and warehouse operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership and team management experience
