We are seeking a highly skilled German language expert to help train and refine advanced AI language models. You will use your linguistic expertise and cultural insight to enhance AI performance in German comprehension, translation, writing, and reasoning tasks.

• Evaluate AI-generated German text for grammar accuracy, fluency, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Create and review tasks such as translations, paraphrases, summaries, and rewrites.
• Identify linguistic and cultural errors, tone issues, and inconsistencies.
• Develop reference answers, rubrics, and detailed explanations.
• Annotate German text for meaning, structure, and nuance.
• Produce high-quality German content across multiple registers.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning and writing.

• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Fluent written English (C1+).
• Bachelor’s degree in German Studies, Linguistics, Translation, Education, Journalism, or related fields.
• Experience in translation or interpretation (DE EN), editing/writing German content, teaching German or curriculum building, localization or communication work.
• Strong attention to linguistic detail and analytical skill.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and maintain consistency.
