Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Liaise with internal departments to process customer order requests accurately and efficiently.

  • Actively engage with customers to resolve feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with customers on cargo, inventory matters, and related administrative duties.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipping, tracking, and inventory movement.

  • Develop, maintain, and submit reports on a regular or ad-hoc basis.

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Perform monthly billing and address customer billing-related queries.

  • Prepare and present KPI reports to management.
