HR Executive (Full Spectrum)
Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Solution Provider
Working Location: West – West Coast Road (Nearest MRT: Clementi)
Working Hours: 5 days / Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day HR operations as the sole HR representative for the company
- Handle HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR database, and documentation
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee attendance, leave administration, and employment contracts
- Support manpower planning and provide recommendations to management
- Coordinate and administer performance appraisal cycles
- Support managers in performance review documentation and follow-up actions
- Assist in implementing performance improvement or development plans where needed
- Manage employee benefits, claims, and HR-related statutory requirements
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR policies
- Manage government grants, funding applications, and claims
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Plan and organize staff welfare initiatives and company activities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and staff concerns
- Promote a positive workplace culture within a small-team environment
- Review and update HR policies to align with current regulations
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation procedures
- Handle disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Provide basic administrative support when required (e.g., coordination of training, office supplies, documentation)
- Work closely with management to improve HR processes and systems suited for small‑scale operations
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- Min. 3 years of experience, preferably in a small or medium-sized company
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
