YOUR ROLE

• Take full ownership of advanced deposition systems like Novellus Altus and Centura CVD WXZ
• Improve equipment uptime, reliability and throughput
• Diagnose and resolve fault across vacuum, RF, gas delivery and temperature control
• Identify root cause using SPC charts and fault analysis
• Work closely with process engineers in film deposition quality, thickness uniformity and defect reduction
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
• Drive projects to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
• Minimumof 5 yearsexperienceas an Equipment Engineer in PVD module
• Strong understanding of Chemical Vapor Deposition WXZ, WWEB process, Vacuum systems and pumps
• Experience working in Novellus Altus, Centura tools
