Senior / Staff Nurse (Operating Theatre), Singapore

Working Hours: 5 days as per rostered, 2 shifts with on‑call duties

• Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures; ensure appropriate documentation is completed.
• Carry out scrub/au nurse responsibilities in accordance with procedure(s).
• Coordinate with other units, escort and orient patients to ensure safe and seamless transport and transfer.
• Provide post‑operative recovery care.
• Participate in the review of nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

• Diploma or degree in nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board licence.
• Comfortable with performing 2‑rotating shifts with on‑call duties.
• Strong team player, self‑starter with a strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance.
• Able to provide a high level of patient care and work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment with the rest of the team members.
