Change Management Consultant | Up to $4000 | 6 Months Contract, Singapore

Salary: Up to $4,000/month

• Support end-to-end implementation of AI and Generative AI initiatives, including planning, testing, deployment, and execution coordination.
• Partner with AI teams, IT Project Managers, and Business Product Owners to ensure smooth project delivery across regional markets.
• Support agile project execution and continuous improvement initiatives within AI transformation projects.

• Coordinate across global, regional, and local stakeholders including PMO, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Production Support teams.
• Ensure governance approvals, compliance requirements, and project documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain clear communication channels and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and roadmaps.

• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning across AI initiatives.
• Analyse project risks, blockers, and operational challenges while providing actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through reporting, insights, and project performance tracking.

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, business consulting, or execution-focused roles.
• Strong interest or exposure to AI / Generative AI projects will be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Familiar with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Able to work across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment.
