Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally and promptly to user reviews, acknowledging positive feedback and addressing negative reviews with solutions, escalation, or clarification
  • Track app ratings and prepare reports on user satisfaction, common issues, and reputation trends to inform management decisions
  • Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve user complaints impacting public reviews and ensure consistent messaging and tone across all responses
  • Organize and manage continuous review of user feedback with attention to detail and accuracy
