Job Descriptions
  • Monitor and control job progress, man-hours and productivity of all project-related works

  • Attend meetings and discussions with customers, designers, classification society

  • Work closely with Sales team to manage the work schedule within the scope and terms of the contract and additional work requests from owners

  • Lead daily toolbox meetings and coordinate tasks with supervisors and safety teams.

  • Drive project timelines by planning and coordinating on-site and off-site construction schedules.

  • Closely involve in daily activities at the workshop, ensuring safety standards and adherence to deadlines.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum education level: Secondary school or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, email usage)

  • Able to draft and understand simple English documents

  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and able to follow instructions

  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply

  • Training will be provided
