Lease Admin Officer/Executive, Singapore

Assist the Head of Marketing, Commercial and provide support to the office team for lease management function.

• Assist in budget modelling
• Coordinating viewings with agents
• Document housekeeping
• Ensure proper documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure
• Liaise with external legal counsel to prepare the lease/licence and related documents
• Provide administrative support in preparation of lease documentation
• Prepare regular reports for timely submission
• Track compliance documents and insurance policies submission
• Tabulate property tax and generate the report from system
• Work with external consultants to enhance lease management software system
• Work with inter-department on tenant management
• Any other duties as may be assigned

• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Self motivated and independent
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, as the incumbent needs to liaise with Chinese-speaking tenants/prospective tenants
