Provisions for complaints, submission of returns and exchange of goods
-Sending proof of package unboxing is mandatory. The Video must be clear, unedited and uncut. The Video must start from the initial packaging before the package is opened. We have the right to reject a complaint claim if the unboxing video looks suspicious;
-We will not accept complaints without an unboxing video;
-Complaints and damage caused by the expedition are beyond our responsibility;
-Complaints are submitted a maximum of 1×24 hours after the goods are received;
-Complaints after 1×24 hours have passed, will not be accepted for whatever reason;
-If you find any irregularities in the package you receive, please report it immediately to our customer service by sending a video of the package you received. Do not take any action on the package before getting instructions from our customer service;

Please pay attention to the condition of the package and product:
-To purchase this product you will not get a shopping bag;
-All packages are packed using Elizabeth's exclusive packaging;
-There is a possibility that the color of the product shown in the photo is different from the color of the product received due to the influence of the camera, light and resolution;
-manual product measurements, please allow a size difference of approximately 1-2 cm for certain types of products. Please be aware.
