Basic potting process for beginners:
-Preparation: 1 set of molds, brushes, buckets, flying, sand, crushed stones (small stones), cement, waste oil.
- Install the screw mold and the plastic latch fully, firmly, place the mold in a flat place, -Sweep waste oil evenly all over the surfaces of the mold, inside. Beat slightly thin and evenly by hand or machine. Mix mortar in the ratio of 1 cement: 1.5 sand: 1.5 ice and water.
- Pour mortar into the mold (note that the mortar must be thin enough to flow evenly throughout the mold when pouring). Pour until the mortar is full with the mouth of the pot. Use a rubber hammer to gently tap around (recommended to use a concrete vibrator). When pouring, use a heavy object (sand bag) to press the inside of the mold to avoid the case that the inside is floating.
- - -After pouring 3-4 hours, proceed to withdraw inside. In case of too long, you can use a dumpling set to remove the inside
-Use flying to treat the mouth of the pot evenly and beautifully
- Mold after pouring 24 hours to 48 hours (depending on the type of mold and weather) can remove the outer mold.
