Business Development Manager (commercial renovation projects), Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and evaluate sales strategies to drive market growth.
• Business Acquisition: Proactively identify new sales leads, pitch solutions, and close deals with potential clients.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the existing client base to ensure retention.
• Credit Control: Monitor client accounts and follow up on outstanding or overdue payments.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate sales activity reports and updates for management.
• Performance: Meet and exceed assigned yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Education: Background in Business Management, or GCE 'O'/'A' Levels (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales.

Preferred Skills:

• Existing industry knowledge and network.
• Bilingual proficiency with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality with strong determination.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
