QA Technician, Singapore

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QA technician. In this role, He/she will be responsible for documenting and creating comprehensive technical reports & WI (work instruction) related to the overhaul of rotating equipment. The reports will serve as critical documentation for our client & the work instruction will be serve as critical reference for our service team. Responsibilities: 1. Prepare & create inspection templates of rotating equipment for service team 2. Gather technical data, specifications, and maintenance records for reference. 3. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand the overhaul process. 4. Prepare detailed and accurate technical reports outlining the overhaul procedures, findings, and recommendations. 5. Include clear photographs, diagrams, and charts in reports to support documentation. 6. Ensure that reports adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines. 7. Review and edit reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness. 8. Communicate effectively with team members to gather necessary information and provide updates on report progress. 9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 10. Any other jobs assigned. Qualifications: 1. NITEC , Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 3. Proficiency in using software tools for documentation, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and engineering drawing software. 4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality technical reports 5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Basic knowledge of quality procedures and rotating equipment is a plus 8. Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus.
