What the role is

Associate Lecturer (Digitalisation Short Courses)

What you will be working on

Adjunct teaching position, on an ad-hoc basis
Deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) short courses for adult learners
Conduct engaging, hands‑on training sessions in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath
Mentor and support learners through practical exercises and real‑world project applications
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance course delivery and ensure positive learning outcomes

What we are looking for

Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in at least one programming language
Prior experience in adult learning and delivering training sessions
Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or UiPath
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-900, PL-100, PL-500) and/or UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer) are an added advantage
Strong passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
