Growth & Marketing Associate, Singapore

You'll be joining a high-performance team of driven professionals with an expanding presence in Singapore and the region. This role exists to fuel our growth — building our brand, strengthening our online presence, and keeping our operations sharp so the team can focus on what they do best.

We're looking for someone who embraces AI, moves fast, and thinks ahead. This is not a traditional marketing or admin role — you will be expected to leverage AI tools extensively to work smarter, produce more, and deliver at a level far beyond what one person could do conventionally.

• Build and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create and publish content consistently — posts, stories, campaigns, and creatives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting Singapore and the regional market
• Use AI tools such as Claude to automate content creation, campaign planning, and digital growth workflows
• Track and optimise prospecting pipelines to support business development

• Streamline and maintain daily tracking spreadsheets, reports, and sales activity logs using AI-assisted workflows
• Prepare documents, summaries, and delivery folders to a high standard
• Handle follow-up coordination and outreach calls to prospects and contacts
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in administrative processes

• Comfortable using AI tools — or hungry to learn fast
• Meticulous and detail-oriented — you take pride in getting things right
• Fast and self-driven — you don't wait to be told twice
• A problem-solver who figures things out independently
• Comfortable with Excel, Canva, and social media platforms
• Strong written and spoken English
• Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or business support is a plus
