Java Developer, Associate/Senior Associate, Technology …, Singapore

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Java Developer (Associate/Senior Associate) to join our delivery team. The candidate will be involved in the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications across various client engagements and digital transformation initiatives.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications
• Participate in application enhancement, bug fixing, and system optimization activities
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA testers, architects, and project managers
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
• 1–3 years of experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with:
  • Spring Boot / Spring Framework
  • REST APIs
  • SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Git or version control tools
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of hands‑on Java development experience
• Experience working on enterprise‑scale applications and client‑facing projects
• Strong experience with:
  • Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
  • API integrations
  • Performance optimization and troubleshooting
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to independently manage development tasks and mentor junior team members
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodology

• Experience in cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes; frontend exposure (Angular/React) is a plus
• Strong learning agility and adaptability
• Experience working in a fast‑paced consulting environment
• Client‑centric mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
