SR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, Singapore

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Facilities Electrical Senior Engineer to lead the engineering, maintenance, and strategic development of on‑site electrical systems.

• Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all electrical operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline.
• Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency generators, Dynamic UPS, and advanced power quality equipment.
• Provide expert‑level support for complex operational issues and lead root‑cause investigations using 8D problem‑solving methodologies.
• Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis and execution of expansion projects to enable site growth and production demands.
• Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades.
• Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance during design and construction phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to eliminate single points of failure and enhance system resilience.
• Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians through structured training programs and hands‑on site engagement.
• Lead post‑incident reviews and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for system abnormalities.
• Drive strategic initiatives for system capacity expansion, reliability improvement, and energy efficiency.
• Spearhead deployment of SMART power systems, predictive diagnostics, and digital tools to enhance team productivity and system intelligence.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems design, maintenance, and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
• Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and project management skills, fluent in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facility systems.
