Job Description & Requirements Job Responsibilities . Lead and oversee all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines. . Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning. . Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations. . Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. . Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components. . Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors regarding M&E issues, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. . Ensure M&E works comply with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations throughout the installation and commissioning process. . Prepare and submit M&E-related documentation, reports, and progress updates as required by the project schedule. . Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management. Requirements . Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields PE Board recognized degree is preferred. . Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong M&E project management expertise and at least one completed project cycle. . Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools. . Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to supervise teams and manage multiple tasks effectively. . In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, installation methods, and industry standards
