We are looking for a
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
to handle project costing, tendering, and contract administration for construction projects. Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates and BOQ Perform quantity take-off from drawings Handle tendering and subcontractor quotations Monitor project costs and budget Prepare progress claims and final accounts Manage variation orders (VO) and claims Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Minimum
2 years of experience Knowledge of construction costing and contracts Good communication and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Excel
