Job Description
We are looking for a motivated
Project Engineer
to support the execution of plant and industrial projects. The role involves coordination, site supervision, and technical support for process-related works including piping, mechanical systems, and instrumentation. Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in planning and executing plant / process projects Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and vendors Supervise installation works (piping, structural, mechanical, instrumentation) Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions Monitor project progress, schedule, and reporting Ensure compliance with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) requirements where applicable Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations under Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and quality checks Assist in procurement, material tracking, and documentation Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering Minimum
2-5 years of relevant experience
in plant / industrial projects Knowledge of piping systems, instrumentation, and mechanical installation Familiar with safety procedures (PTW, WAH, confined space, hot work) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Good coordination and communication skills
