What We Are Looking For Collaboration & Migration Mastery: At least 3 years of proven experience in the development and management of the Google Workspace and M365 ecosystem, with deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online (including hands-on experience with on premises to cloud migrations), Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. Security & Identity Knowledge: Strong technical background in Identity Management (Active Directory, Entra AD) and endpoint security products (Intune, Defender, Purview) Automation-First Mindset: Advanced proficiency in optimizing and automating cross- platform workflows using PowerShell scripting and MS Graph API. Analytical Rigor: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize the operations of new productivity initiatives and act as a liaison between internal security/operations teams and external product principals. capable of presenting effectively to non-technical audiences and creating comprehensive end-user documentation. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or ITIL certification. Proactive and dedicated individual with good leadership and multi-tasking capabilities as well as the ability to work independently without the need for close supervision. Experienced in contract and vendor management. Team player with strong organization and people handling skills.
