QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS), Bukit Batok

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Manage project costing and contract administration Handle subcontractor quotations and comparison analysis Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field 2-5 years experience in construction / M&E / infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, and contracts Familiar with Singapore construction industry standards Proficient in MS Excel and QS software (optional advantage) Good negotiation and analytical skills
