Job Summary Step into a dynamic Civil Engineering Coordinator role combining project planning with site execution, supporting infrastructure development through effective coordination and supervision. Responsibilities Plan project schedules and manage resources to ensure smooth project progression and timely delivery Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to align project goals and expectations Prepare comprehensive reports to document project status and site activities Supervise daily site operations to maintain workflow efficiency and compliance Enforce safety standards on site to protect personnel and meet regulatory requirements Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress against plans Maintain accurate records of site activities and project developments Coordinate work schedules by aligning client requests with testing personnel availability Consolidate schedules to optimize resource use and meet project deadlines Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent Knowledge of construction practices, AutoCAD, and safety standards
