Responsibilities: As a Business Development Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the company's growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: 1. Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Support outreach efforts to prospective clients, property agents, and business partners. Conduct competitor and market research within the mortgage and property financing industry. 2. ClientEngagement & Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships. Follow up with leads and assist in maintaining the company's CRM database. Develop an understanding of customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. 3. Marketing & Brand Development: Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and online visibility. Contribute creative ideas for business and growth strategies. 4. Administrative & Operational Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents when required. Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling and communications. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
