CIVIL SUPERVISOR, Bukit Batok

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise daily civil construction activities on site Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site engineers Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications Monitor progress, manpower allocation, and site productivity Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship Enforce safety rules and WSH compliance at site Report site progress and issues to Project Manager/Engineer REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3-5 years experience in civil construction supervision Knowledge of structural works, earthworks, concreting, and finishing works Ability to read construction drawings and site plans Familiar with Singapore construction safety standards (WSH) Strong leadership and coordination skills CSOC certification preferred
