PRODUCTION ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN, Bukit Batok

Job Description 1) Specialize in wire-form machine 2) Specialize in multi-slide machine 3) Design, modify tooling, jig & fixture 4) Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machine settings and tool requirements (GD&T) 5) Other duties - Manage automation program in the company with solution provider - Control and maintain automation programs. Includes equipment preventive maintenance. - Provide Training to the user - Trouble Shooting of Automation Equipment/ Systems - Recommend Automation Solutions to Operations needs. - Support Process Team on technical document Job Requirement - Familiar with excel. - GD&T fundamentals and drawing - Strong understanding of engineering drawing & cad - Experience in precision engineering sector (example, laser machine, bending machine, tooling & fixture design) - Result oriented and possessing a hands-on attitude - Analytical problem solving and attention to detail - Highly self-driven and ability to work independently - Rotating shifts to cope with 24 hours production - Relevant work experience required (Licence No. 04C4555, by applying this job, it's agreeable that you consent us to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data for your job placement purposes.)
