Job Summary We are seeking a responsible Supervisor to lead daily operations, coordinate manpower and schedules, monitor staff performance, ensure safety compliance, and report progress to management for smooth workflow. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily work activities to maintain efficient operations Arrange manpower and develop work schedules to meet operational demands Monitor staff performance and work quality to ensure standards are met Enforce workplace safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe environment Report daily work progress and operational issues to management for informed decision-making Resolve basic operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions Preferred competencies and qualifications Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar operational environment Effective communication skills to liaise with workers and management Ability to work independently with a responsible and diligent approach Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as operational needs require
