Responsibilities: Plan and provide professional nursing care to meet the patients' needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patients, treatments and conditions Assist in the supervision of junior nurses and ancillary staff Requirements: Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board. At least Diploma or Degree in Nursing or its equivalent with minimum of 2 year's ward experience. Able to work 3-rotating shifts and weekends.
