Responsibilities Prepare and follow up on progress claims with clients to ensure timely payments and project cash flow Compile and organize project data accurately to support progress claim submissions Use Excel proficiently to analyze and present project data for reporting and claims purposes Manage submission timelines effectively to meet client and project requirements Demonstrate self-motivation to work independently and meet deadlines in a construction environment Apply knowledge of construction industry processes to support project financial tracking and documentation Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in construction-related fields Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
