Quantity Surveyor, Bukit Batok

Roles & Responsibilities Analyze tender documents, drawings and specifications Conduct quantity take off and estimate costs Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to prepare costing for tender submission Prepare tender and supporting documents for submission Follow up on any technical clarifications during post-tender stage Attend site show rounds and tender interviews Prepare sub-contractor agreement, work order and VO Monitor project progress and control budget Collaborate with Project Team to track work progress for claim submission to Main Contractor Assess sub-contractor's monthly claims and prepare payment certificate/response Job Requirements Degree / Diploma in Building / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2-4 years experience in Construction, preferably in handling projects for building construction industry. Knowledgeable of Singapore Standard local codes and regulations. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a good team player. Strong follow up and closure skills
