Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on
Car Detailer cum Operations Executive
to support daily vehicle operations. The role involves vehicle detailing, shifting cars between locations, such as workshops or inspections, and assisting with operational and administrative tasks such as posting job advertisements and handling general admin matters. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable handling both physical and administrative duties. 5 or 6 days work week. Vehicle Operations
Perform
car washing, cleaning, and detailing
to maintain vehicle appearance and hygiene
Conduct
basic vehicle checks
(fuel level, cleanliness, damages) before and after vehicle movement
Drive and shift vehicles
between company locations, customer sites, inspection centres, or workshops
Send vehicles for
maintenance, repairs, inspection, tyre changes, and servicing
Ensure vehicles are
properly parked, secured, and ready for operations
Operational Support
Coordinate vehicle schedules for
servicing, repairs, and maintenance
Assist in
vehicle inventory tracking and documentation
Report any
vehicle damage, issues, or maintenance requirements
Support day-to-day
operational logistics and errands
Administrative Duties
Assist with
posting car advertisements
on platforms
Support
basic administrative tasks
Handle
administrative postings, documentation, and operational records
Assist with
communication with workshops, vendors, and service providers
Maintain organized records of
vehicle servicing and operational documents
General Responsibilities
Ensure all tasks are completed
efficiently and responsibly
Maintain
professional conduct when handling company vehicles
Assist management with
ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
Valid
Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
Comfortable driving
different types of vehicles
Experience in
car detailing or car care is preferred
Basic
computer skills (email, simple admin tasks)
Responsible, organized, and able to
work independently
Good attitude and willingness to assist in
operational tasks
