Key Responsibilities
Handle daily customer service and operational coordination activities professionally and efficiently. Manage and resolve issues with suppliers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders in a timely manner. Maintain strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders across different levels. Ensure accurate and timely updates in internal systems and documentation. Support operational processes and administrative functions with high attention to detail. Monitor and follow up on pending matters proactively to ensure smooth operations. Attend to escalations and resolve problems effectively under pressure. Ensure punctuality, discipline, and consistent work performance. Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, coordination, operations, or stakeholder management roles. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience using SAP system will be an added advantage. Ability to speak and communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/suppliers. Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently. Diligent, responsible, and able to meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
