We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Functional Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, with a focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications, including those powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will play a crucial role in validating software against its functional requirements, participating actively in an Agile development environment, and contributing to our automation and AI testing efforts.

Contract: 12 Months

Validate software against functional requirements, participate in an Agile development environment, and contribute to automation and AI testing efforts.

• Proven experience as a Functional Tester in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including both manual and automation testing.
• Hands‑on experience with test management and defect tracking tools, specifically Jira.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and executing functional test cases.
• Knowledge of automation testing concepts and experience with developing automated test scripts (e.g., using Selenium or other frameworks) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and how AI models are built, trained, and deployed.
• Understanding of AI testing concepts, including data quality assurance for AI and bias detection.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications are a plus.
