House Rental Details: ** Double Room is fully furnished with the following: 1) A Double Bed 2) A Large Cupboard (Enough for 2 people's clothing) 3) A Television Table Top With Drawers ** Tenants will have their own toilet located in the Kitchen. (If you're the only tenant, it's your own toilet, otherwise you'll be sharing it with another female tenant) ** Maximum would be 2 female tenants in the house at each time. So you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one other female person. ** My house is located at Fajar LRT Station. If you're a frequent town traveller or if your workplace is located in town, my house will be ideal for your stay because it takes only 30 minutes from my house to town area. My house has a straight bus (972) to town. ** Helpers will be provided free of charge to clean the house, once a week on Sunday. My mum's very peculiar about the cleanliness of the house. If you're an OCD tenant, you're welcome and would be loved. ** Only light cooking would be allowed. ** High speed internet is provided! ** Bills will be split equally!
