Job Description & Requirements Job Scope: Main Duty is performing grooming tasks such as bathing, trimming, and styling pets' fur. Greet customers and assist them in finding products for their pets. Clip nails, clean ears, and brush teeth to maintain pets' hygiene. Consult with pet owners to understand their grooming requirements. Provide advice on pet care products, grooming tools, and pet food options. Offer advice on maintaining pet hygiene and coat care. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally. Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of grooming supplies, pet accessories, and retail products. Clean and sanitize grooming tools, equipment, and workspace after each use. Ensure the shop is well-organized, clean, and adheres to health and safety regulations. Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols. Work closely with the marketing department to implement and promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs. Schedule grooming appointments and maintain accurate records. Handle payments and manage customer inquiries professionally.
Requirement: At least 2 years working experience in pet grooming or pet care industry. Minimum Class C or equivalent grooming certificate Familiarity with various grooming tools and techniques. Ability to handle and groom pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Passion for animals and their well-being. Able to handle the grooming process from start to finish Able to work long hours
