Roman Chamomile grows close to the ground, reaching only up to a foot in height. It has gray-green leaves, flowers that resemble a daisy, and smells like apple. The plant has been nicknamed the “plant’s physician” because it has positive effects on plants growing nearby.

How to Use:

Aromatic Use:
- Inhalation: Directly inhale from the bottle or place a few drops on your palm, cupping it around your nose and inhaling deeply.
- Diffuser / Humidifier / Nebulizer: Use with your electronic diffuser. Adjust the number of drops based on the device specifications.
- Wood Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to the Bam & Co. Wood Diffuser.
- Spray: Mix 3ml of essential oil with 100ml of water to create a pillow spray, air freshener, room spray, or insect repellent.

Topical Use:
- Massage: Dilute with Bam & Co. Native or Carrier Oil at a ratio of 1 part Essential Oil to 20 parts Native Oil (e.g., 5ml essential oil to 100ml Native Oil).
- Apply to areas such as the neck, forehead, temples, chest, abdomen, arms, legs, and bottoms of feet.
- Add to Bath: Add a few drops to your bathtub for a relaxing experience.
- Shampoo / Lotion: Add a few drops to your shampoo or lotion.
