1. Only purchases that follow our valid return reasons are entitled to a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. Once the period is exceeded, we will not accept any return. Therefore, please check on the condition of item(s) as soon as possible after delivery

b. Do not want item(s) anymore (Change of Mind). If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item(s), please note that we only accept return that:

ii. Are in original box packaging, product packaging, includes but not limited to, protective shields, protective plastic, protective covers, product boxes, dust bag, accessories and peripherals that secure products for shipping must be included in the return package.
3. Damaged/faulty item(s): This return reason requires approval from an LG technician. Please contact us via platform chat to arrange an onsite check before raising your request. If you raise return without a valid diagnosis from the technician, your request will be rejected until the process is adhered to.
