Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Escalator/Lift Service Field Associate to join our team. As a Service Field Associate, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of lifts and escalators. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Job Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and other lift systems according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of lift systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with lift equipment and implement effective solutions.
Perform regular safety checks and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and services performed.
Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding service and maintenance schedules
Requirements: Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any engineering field
Basic English Proficiency
Strong technical knowledge of elevator and lift systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for lift equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
