Working hour: 5.25 days 8.30am -6.30pm, Alternate Sat - 8.30am - 12.30pm. Work location: Queenstown Salary: $2500-$3200 Responsibilities Ensure all warranty claims are submitted according to the manufacturer warranty policy and procedures. Ensure that all warranty parts are tagged and stored according to warranty policy. Maintain warranty and credit database. Supervise and check all warranty scrapping parts. Follow up on any upstanding warranty issues with the manufacturer. Any other tasks assigned by your superior. Requirements Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in MS Office
