Business Development Executive, Kallang

About the Role
We are building a new business division focused on industrial valve solutions in Singapore. We are looking for a drivenand independent Business Development Executive to take ownership of sales growth from day one. This role is suited for someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,build-from-scratch environment. Key Responsibilities
. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking . Manage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities . Own the full sales cycle:prospecting, qualification, quotation, negotiation, and closing . Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (contractors, traders, end-users) . Prepare and follow up on quotations in a timely manner . Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets . Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities . Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution Requirements
. 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role . Experience in industrial products (valves, piping, engineering) is an advantage, but not mandatory . Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently . Comfortable with cold outreach(calls and emails) . Strong communication and negotiation skills . Self-starter with high ownership and accountability . Able to work independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For
