Duration: 6 months contract
Salary Range: $3000 to $4000
Working Location: Paya Lebar

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Perform billing accuracy checks, including reconciliation against sales orders, work orders, and approved billing requests.
• Coordinate with Operations, Contract Administration, and Commercial teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
• Support month‑end closing activities, including revenue recognition and billing cut‑off processes.
• Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis related to billing performance and revenue tracking.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant billing or finance operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work under tight deadlines.
