Job Responsibilities
Coordinate part-time staff schedules and hotel manpower arrangements Follow up with workers on attendance, reporting time, grooming and uniform requirements Handle daily WhatsApp communication with workers and internal team Assist with recruitment, interview arrangement and onboarding of new part-time workers Prepare and update attendance records, staff lists and basic operation documents Communicate with hotel clients when required Support daily manpower planning and urgent replacement arrangements Assist the management team with HR and operations-related tasks Requirements
Responsible, patient and able to handle pressure Good communication skills in English and Mandarin Able to work independently after training Detail-oriented and comfortable with admin work Experience in HR, recruitment, hotel, F&B, manpower coordination or operations will be an advantage Familiar with WhatsApp, Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer work Able to handle urgent situations calmly
