BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR, Geylang

Key Responsibilities & Duties Site Management:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractor and staff schedules to meet project milestones. Safety Compliance:
Enforce health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to prevent site hazards. Quality Control:
Inspect ongoing work, materials, and installations against blueprints, plans, and specifications. Coordination & Planning:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to discuss project details and adjustments. Resource Management:
Manage equipment and coordinate material procurement/deliveries to prevent work stoppages
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in construction, often requiring technical knowledge in building processes. Leadership:
Strong team management abilities to direct crews and subcontractors. Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and safety standards. Communication:
Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and workers Common Qualifications (Singapore context) Site Supervisor license or equivalent certification. Safety certifications (e.g., WSQ BCSS or similar). Relevant technical diploma in civil engineering or building services.
