1. Learning & Development
Support and manage Learning & Development initiatives in line with company policies and compliance requirements Maintain and update training SOPs, ensuring accuracy and compliance Ensure training records and documentation are audit-ready and well maintained Administer training activities in SAP SuccessFactors LMS (course assignments, records, tracking) Coordinate and track internal and external training sessions Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement Maintain records of attendance, completion, and certifications 2. HRIS Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in SAP SuccessFactors Support HRIS processes across the employee lifecycle (profile creation, updates, learning records) Ensure data integrity for reporting and compliance Provide basic troubleshooting and coordination for HRIS/LMS issues 3. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment processes (interview coordination, salary proposals, offers, contracts) Manage onboarding administration, including system setup and documentation 4. Employee Engagement & HR Support
Plan and support employee engagement activities (e.g. town halls, team bonding) Organise recreational activities
